Dog Walking or Playing at your home

Please Read these Policies:

Neighborhood Dog Walking Policies 1. Scheduling & Reservations New Clients: Must schedule their first walk at least 7 days in advance. Returning Clients: Must schedule walks at least 2 days in advance. Emergency Walks: May be accepted with shorter notice depending on availability. All reservations must be confirmed before the walk. 2. Meet & Greet Requirement For safety and comfort: The dog walkers must meet all new dogs and owners in advance before the first walk. This allows us to: Learn the dog’s personality Review leash habits Understand any special instructions Make sure the dog is comfortable with the walkers. Walks will not be scheduled without a prior meet-and-greet. 3. Pricing Dog walks are priced based on time: 15 minutes — $5 30 minutes — $10 45 minutes — $15 60 minutes — $20 Payment is due at the time of the walk unless other arrangements are made. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect everyone’s time: Walks cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the walk price. Walks cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. 5. Safety & Behavior Requirements For everyone’s safety: Dogs must be leash-trained and non-aggressive. Owners must inform us of: Any history of biting Medical conditions Behavioral issues We reserve the right to refuse walks for unsafe dogs. 6. Weather Policy: In the case of inclement weather, dog walkers can still come and play with the dogs for the same amount of time on the owner's porch. Walks may be shortened or rescheduled during: Severe heat Lightning or storms Unsafe conditions for dogs or walkers. 7. Service Area: Lexington Neighborhood, the Retreat at Willow Bend, and Harrison Ranch Galloway
